Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Caseboard is based in Sweden. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how you can control it. It applies to app.caseboard.space and caseboard.space.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: your email address and password (stored as a hash, never in plain text).
• Agency profile information: agency name, description, location, website, services.
• Caseboard content: client names, results, metrics, and testimonial responses you or your clients enter.
• Files: client logo uploads.
• Ramble Mode audio: if you use voice input, the recording is sent to OpenAI for transcription only and is not used for any other purpose.
• Billing information: handled directly by Stripe — Caseboard does not store your card number.

3. How we use it

We use this information to operate Caseboard: creating and generating your assets, sending account and product emails, providing support, and improving the product.

4. Who we share it with

We use the following subprocessors to run Caseboard:

• Supabase — database and file storage.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Google (Gemini) — generating case studies, posts, emails, and ad hooks from your caseboard content.
• OpenAI — transcribing voice input in Ramble Mode.
• Resend — transactional and product email delivery.
• Sentry — error tracking.
• Railway — application hosting.
• Zoho SalesIQ — the live chat widget on this site.

We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone outside this list except where required by law.

5. Cookies

The Zoho SalesIQ chat widget may set cookies needed for chat functionality. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain records (e.g. billing records) for longer.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@caseboard.space. See our GDPR page for the full list of rights available to you under EU law.

8. International transfers

Some of our subprocessors (including OpenAI, Google, and Stripe) may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where this happens, we rely on their standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

9. Who this is for

Caseboard is a business-to-business tool for marketing agencies and is not directed at individual consumers or anyone under 18.
