Terms of Service

1. Overview

Caseboard is a proof-management service for performance marketing agencies. Agencies create a Caseboard for each client, fill in structured results, collect a client testimonial, and generate sales and marketing assets — a case study, LinkedIn posts, sales emails, and ad hooks — from that same source story. These Terms govern your use of Caseboard at app.caseboard.space and caseboard.space.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. Accounts are intended for agencies and their team members, not individual consumers.

3. Plans and billing

Caseboard offers a permanent Free plan (up to 3 caseboards, up to 10 AI generations, no credit card required) and two paid plans billed monthly through Stripe: Starter (up to 10 caseboards, unlimited AI generations) and Growth (unlimited caseboards, unlimited AI generations, priority support). Prices are in USD and may change with notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us with any billing questions.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Caseboard to generate false or misleading claims about a client's results, to submit client data or testimonials you don't have the right to use, or to abuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent the service.

5. Client and testimonial data

When you invite a client to submit a testimonial, you're responsible for having the appropriate permission from that client to collect and use their feedback and results in marketing materials. Testimonial responses are submitted directly by your client via a link you send them.

6. AI-generated content

Generated assets (case studies, posts, emails, ad hooks) are produced using Google's Gemini model, and — for Ramble Mode — voice input is transcribed using OpenAI. AI output can be inaccurate or require editing. You're responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or sending it.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you input and the assets Caseboard generates for you. Caseboard retains all rights to the underlying platform, software, and branding.

8. Termination

You may stop using Caseboard and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Caseboard is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Caseboard's liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
